In London, Ontario we are blessed with an Adoration chapel which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for us to make a holy hour with Jesus. It is located in a special chapel below the rectory of St. Mary's church.

Many cities throughout Canada, United States and other countries around the world now have a Eucharistic Adoration chapel. This is a place where we can go and visit Jesus who is truly present body, blood, soul and divinity in the Sacred Host which is displayed in the monstrance in the chapel. Is it too much to offer our Lord and Savior - one hour a week to be with him to pray, meditate or just listen to what he wants to tell us. He waits for us day and night for his children to come and make a short visit.
